When I was a little girl, I had a classmate whose mother would come every Halloween to make this spooky snack mix. I have such fond memories of making this, and thought you would too!

I was able to reach out to Mrs. Fattig and get the original recipe! (Thank you!!!) I did however add to the mix to make it a little sweeter. You can leave out or substitute any of the items, and it will still make for a delicious snack mix!

In a bowl, mix the ingredients together, and enjoy!

The Original Recipe:

Bat Wings (Tortilla Chips, if you can find the black ones, that's even better!)

Stones (Peanuts)

Sticks (Pretzel Sticks)

Ants (Raisins)

Ghost Toes (Marshmallows)

Ringworms (Honey Nut Cheerios)

I did about a cup to a cup and a half for each. Feel free to use your judgement!

Add These to Up the Creep Factor:

Witch Fingers (Bugles)

Witch Warts (Chocolate Chips)

Pumpkin Teeth (Candy Corn)

Bat Eyes (Red M&M's)

Monster Eyeballs (Candy Eyeballs)

Goblin Scabs (Golden Grahams)

Pumpkins (Candy Pumpkins)

Frankenstein Bolts (Rollos)

Bat Poop (Chocolate Kisses)

And guess what... it's kid-approved!!!! (Just be cautious of the peanuts!)

Henry's favorite part is the sticks!

Feel free to change it up and add your creative spin to it! Share your creations in the comments below!~
